Another delicious creation by my husband, the true chef out of the two of us. These tomatoes from the garden were so incredibly juicy! Add a glass of merlot and some slow-cooked brisket that he made into spiced chopped beef lettuce wraps with raw milk cheese melted on top. YUM!

Yummy! SO wish we were there eating dinner with you on a lazy Sunday evening, just enjoying your company. I miss you too, my friend!
yummm! can't wait to have a bailey dinner soon. not only is the food guaranteed to be outstanding, it has been way too long since we have visited.
deeeeeeeelish! i can totally relate to being married to (rather than being myself) the 'true chef' ;)
wow - delish! although - it's still strange for me to think of bailey cooking so healthily. the bailey i knew would have chopped that brisket up and layered it in tex mex egg rolls - deep fried and they would have made you slap your momma! :)
Oh my word. Are you two opening a restaurant anytime soon? :)
